Variant Lysozyme caused Immune System Disorders and Food and Drug Intolerances.
My Uncle who did not have Hepatitis like I do, had the same adverse reactions to β-glucans in Fungi and Bacteria and Cornstarch and Gluten Grains and Oats, and to Fructose and Dextrose and Sucrose and Sugar Alcohols, and to Lysozyme in Eggs, as I do, and it caused him to loose both Kidneys, having no IgE based Allergy, and it is damaging my Kidneys.
In our Family we have Hereditary renal amyloidosis associated with variant Lysozyme, but because my left Adrenal Gland is swollen, mine may be just Adrenal amyloidosis associated with variant Lysozyme, which the variant Lysozyme breaks down Cornstarch and Cellulose and Yeast and Mushrooms and Polysaccharide Encapsulated Bacteria and Oats and Wheat an Rye and Barley, and other large β-glucans, into fragmented smaller β-glucans, that enter the proximal small intestine and some are captured by the macrophages, and the small β-glucans fragments are eventually released by the macrophages and taken up by other immune cells leading to various immune responses, like Excessive Immune Stimulation, and raising the Antinuclear Antibody Level, and or causing the small intestine to react to Gliadin in Gluten in Wheat, Rye, and Barley, causing Celiac Antibodies against Gliadin destroying the Villi and Microvilli of the small Intestine.

Excess and or Mutant Lysozyme in the Mucosa, while destroying the Cells of Bacteria and or Fungi and or Beat-glucans, by Lysis, the Lysate that results, contains fragments of the DNA of the Bacteria and or Fungi and or Beat-glucans resulting in Recombinant DNA that alter the DNA in some of the Mucosa Cells, resulting in the Immune System destroying those altered Cells, often raising the ANA Level.
