If you have experienced shaking
awhile after eating a meal with Tomatoes, it is most likely from Low Blood Sugar
called Hypoglycemia, and I found that it causes Hypoglycemia even if the
Vegetable is Green or Ripe. I thought it was because of too much Fructose in
Ripe Tomatoes, because I am Fructose Intolerant. Green Tomatoes have very little
Fructose, but they caused the same thing repeatedly,
dropping my Blood Glucose down to 61 to 65
mdl. It is the compounds in them that causes the Hypoglycemia that are
called Fructosekinase 1 and 2, and Lipoic Acid.
The stacking of Lipoic Acid from different Foods also causes me to have Hypoglycemia. My low Phosphate Level or Phosphate Metabolism Disorder causes White Blood Cell Dysfunction with reoccurring Infections, Glycolysis Dysfunction, and Oxidized Hemoglobin Dysfunction. Fructose and Sugar Alcohols and Sucrose and Lipoic Acid and Nitrites and some Phosphates and Beta-glucans cause an abnormal Immune System response.
I was eating Tomatoes higher in concentration of Fructokinase than others, because I thought I might lack it, and it was causing me to have Fructose Intolerance. But it did not make it so that I could digest Fructose, it just repeatedly caused Hypoglycemia by the Green Tomatoes alone. I believe somehow it interferes with the amount of Fructosekinase that my Body has, and also interferes with the process of an enzyme responsible for controlling the rate of Glycolysis, which may only be commonly caused to people with Fructose Intolerance.

Fructokinase 1 (Frk 1) mRNA and
Fructokinase 2 (Frk 2) mRNA, result in Hypoglycemia, by interfering with the processes involving
Phosphofructokinase 2 (PFK2) or fructose bisphosphatase 2
(FBPase2), an enzyme responsible for
regulating the rates of glycolysis and gluconeogenesis in the human body. So
Tomatoes that contain them, having once been rightly classified as poisonous,
are banned from my Diet. Because they may cause you to be Lactose Intolerant and
or Fructose Intolerant, and cause you to be uncontrollably
Obese.
Processed Phosphates added to Foods or
Drugs also interfere with the process of the enzyme Phosphofructokinase 2 (PFK2) or fructose
bisphosphatase 2 (FBPase2), and can make you look like you are Lactose
Intolerant and or Fructose Intolerant, and cause you to be uncontrollably
Obese.
Caution: The reason that some Medications with Phosphate Compounds in them, and some Phosphate Food Additives, can make you look Lactose Intolerant, they make those Phosphate Dairy Products hit their toxicity threshold, and can cause serious damage to your Kidneys, while causing you to develop Phosphate Nephropathy. Remove those Phosphate Compounds from your Food and Medications, and the symptoms disappear if the damage was not too bad. See Phosphate Nephropathy.
