Hi Dr A and NP Kara Lewis

Update:

Today 31 March wake-up;

The Abdominal Bloating and Flank Bulging from Ascites has dropped remarkably, no Flank Bulging left, and about 80% abdominal bloating reduction. The Bulge from Gastroenteritis from the Duodenum area down to where the Appendix was, has reduced in size about 75%, the Abdominal pain level while still, in prone or sitting positions, is 0, but some pain when turning over or sitting up, about 1 or 2 on a one to ten scale.

A slight left earache, steady pain, 3 on a one to ten scale, hearing has improved about 85 %, and the Tinnitus is down to just noticeable. The Sinus drainage that began on the 28th, is heavier this morning, and is causing a raw throat and occasional productive coughs, the throat swab cultures, and productive sputum cultures, taken the 29th and 30th, are currently negative for Fungi, but positive for streptococcus bacteria. At this point, it appears that the shooting left ear pain on the 29th and 30th was caused from the sinus drainage that resulted from the Bicillin causing my immune system to attack streptococcal sinusitis. I am not sure yet if it is caused by Gram-positive, alpha-hemolytic, or beta-hemolytic, Streptococcus, when the cultures are larger I will run tests to determine the specie. Since before the incredibly painful Head and Sinus Pressure did not occur until the sixth to eighth day after the first Bicillin Shot, I will run daily cultures starting the fifth day, to see if my Sinuses pick up any Fungi like they did in 2010 and caused the Eustachian Tube Dysfunction, from the Fungi shown in these Cultures in my Photo Album that I ran then. (There are Photos of my Lab there also, and how I make Iron Absorption Inhibiting Diet Medications to keep my Iron Levels normal, if you are interested in helping others that have high Iron Levels.)

I do not think that the Lungs or the Throat were infected, the drainage and sputum is coming from the Sinus Cavities. In the past when I had streptococcal pharyngitis, the antibiotic treatment always resulted in an episode of Post Infectious Glomerulonephritis, about the fifth or sixth day after beginning the antibiotics, I don’t know yet if streptococcal sinusitis will cause that, but I am bracing for that, just in case.
